Bulgarian Bio Winery
Light Castle winery is the first winery in Bulgaria that cultivates its vineyards only with bio products and does not treat its wines with any chemical or substitutes.
Technology of production
Combination of both modern and clasic production to produce the best bulgarian wine. No artificial additives,conservatives and preservatives, no other chemical compounds that are unnatural in the production of wine. Since 2011 Light Castle Winery has been certified with ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP - two strict international standards that guarantee the quality and safety of the production and management process.
A unique region: Ivailovgrad
Light Castle winery is situated in the region of Ivailovgrad, with own vineyards, situated in the village of Belopoliane and Svirachi, the south-east part of Rodopi mountains – region, with the best soil and climate conditions in Bulgaria for planting of high quality red grape varieties as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and other.
